Employer Group Marketing
Most credit unions don't have the time or the staff to dedicate to business development in order to reach more members. The Family Security Plan® excels at creating business development strategies to address both member needs and credit union goals. Let us help you expand!
We can serve as an extension of your credit union’s business development department by reaching out to your affiliated groups, business partners and affiliates to promote membership.
As Business Development Specialists, our team is highly experienced in connecting and engaging with your credit union members. We provide you with the power to connect and engage in order to cultivate even deeper relationships and attract new members.
OUR APPROACH
Our team will work to identify cross-sell opportunities on your credit union’s behalf, setting the stage for future visits - without utilizing your resources. Our field staff professionals will be trained on your products and services so that they can present the benefits of credit union membership at your affiliated groups.
We use proven communication approaches to connect and encourage membership opportunities. They include:
Onsite Marketing Support:
Branded announcement materials, both printed and digital.
Outbound Calling and Emailing:
Implemented by The Family Security Plan® BD Specialists, our marketing programs open new lines of communication and increase engagement with your affiliated groups. They provide additional opportunities to cross-sell your credit union’s products and services (e.g. high quality new members, checking accounts and loan product applications), as well as, The Family Security Plan® portfolio of supplemental insurance products.
Boots on the Ground:
With sites that are difficult to reach via phone or email, our sales reps make an in person appearance with credit union information, verify contact and attempt to schedule a future visit to promote the credit union.
Build Your On-Site Opportunity:
While speaking with your members at the credit union branches about The Family Security Plan®, our representatives will ask questions about where the member works and if the credit union regularly comes to visit the employees. If the credit union does not visit, our representatives gather the data needed and send it to our scheduling team to coordinate an on-site visit.
