Accident Plus & Platinum InsuranceMembers and spouses age 18 to 70 (including domestic and civil union partners), and children ages 0 to 26.Scheduled Benefits. Pays specific cash benefits per injury/treatment (e.g., up to 20,000–40,000 for loss of hands, feet, or sight, and 1,000–2,000 for hospital admission, Plus vs Platinum)
