Sean McGinley

Sean McGinley serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Family Security Plan, where he leads the organization’s strategic vision, innovation, and long-term growth. With 40 years of experience at FSP, Sean has worked in nearly every area of the business, giving him a unique perspective on building strong teams, strengthening credit union partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences for members. His focus is on fostering innovation, executing company strategy, and ensuring FSP continues to evolve alongside the needs of the communities it serves.

Sean believes great leadership starts with listening, empowering others, and leading with integrity. Passionate about helping employees achieve their goals, he is committed to building a culture rooted in Trust, Teamwork, and Transparency while ensuring FSP remains a trusted partner to credit unions and the families they serve. Guided by his belief that “you can’t be great without the greatness of others,” Sean continues to lead FSP with a vision centered on innovation, service, and making room for others to succeed.
