Johnnette serves as President of NY Growth at The Family Security Plan, where she leads the strategy and growth of the organization’s New York market. With more than 31 years at FSP, she oversees sales performance, leadership development, and credit union partnerships while driving new opportunities through branches, employer groups, referrals, worksite initiatives, and innovative member engagement strategies.

A results-driven leader, Johnnette is passionate about developing people, strengthening credit union partnerships, and helping families achieve greater financial security. She is committed to modernizing the member experience through digital innovation while honoring FSP’s 50-year legacy of trust, protection, and service. Her vision for the future includes expanding the FSP Insurance Center to bring personalized guidance, financial education, and protection directly into the communities FSP serves.
