His focus is on creating value through deeper member engagement, increased retention, and sustainable growth while ensuring every partner receives exceptional support and service.
Passionate about advancing the credit union movement, James believes that financial wellness begins with strong relationships and proactive member engagement. In his free time, he welcomes every day with a 60-minute Crossfit workout, he enjoys gardening, music festivals, and 90 minutes of Bikram hot yoga each weekend.
