Dustin Riedel

Dustin Riedel is Chief Operating Officer of The Family Security Plan, leading Sales and Marketing initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and member engagement. With more than 30 years at FSP, he has helped strengthen credit union partnerships, navigate industry change, and expand community impact through leadership, service, and philanthropy.

Outside of work, Dustin considers his role as a husband and father to be his greatest accomplishment. As his two sons have grown from children into young men, the experience has profoundly shaped both his personal outlook and leadership philosophy. From coaching youth sports and attending countless activities to family vacations and everyday moments together, Dustin treasures the lessons and memories that come with raising a family.
