We also help your credit union grow by connecting members with the right financial solutions, encouraging new memberships, and helping generate loan opportunities.
Our services are provided to your credit union at no cost. That’s because, at the end of each conversation with a member, we may offer simple, affordable insurance from The Family Security Plan if it fits their needs.
When members choose to enroll, it helps cover the cost of our program. This allows us to support your credit union without charging you for our services. It also creates a non-interest income opportunity for your credit union while giving members access to valuable insurance protection.
We introduce ourselves as the Benefits Team that works with your credit union. Our caller ID shows The Family Security Plan, and members can also find us on their credit union’s website.
If a member has questions, we are always clear that we work in partnership with their credit union. We believe in being honest and transparent in every conversation.
