With seven years of experience in the insurance industry and five years at FSP, Monica specializes in Life and Critical Illness coverage. Licensed in both Life and Health insurance, she is passionate about helping members understand the importance of protection and finding solutions that fit their personal needs and goals. She believes insurance should feel approachable and supportive, not overwhelming, and she takes pride in making the process comfortable and easy to understand for every client she serves.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Monica continues to call Baltimore home. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with movies and podcasts, often finding inspiration and entertainment through storytelling and conversation.
One fun fact about Monica is that she actually began her professional career as a radio announcer. During one advertising call alongside a coworker, she unexpectedly discovered her natural talent for sales—and from that moment on, she found herself building a career centered around connecting with people and helping them make important decisions. That background in communication continues to serve her well today, allowing her to create genuine, engaging conversations with the members she works with every day.
