Protecting Families with Care and Compassion
Angel’s journey into the insurance industry began from a deeply personal experience that changed his life forever. In 2018, his grandmother passed away from dementia without life insurance, leaving the family struggling emotionally and financially to give her a proper burial. Relatives from across the country had to contribute money just to cover the funeral expenses. At the time, Angel was working two jobs while raising his three children on his own, and he realized firsthand how important life insurance truly is for every family.

Determined to create a better future for both his family and others, Angel decided to pursue a career in insurance. He studied diligently, passed his state exam on the first attempt with an impressive score of 89%, and earned his 2-14 Life License. Since 2018, he has dedicated his career to protecting families with compassion, understanding, and genuine care.

Angel joined FSP in March 2022 and now brings nearly eight years of experience helping individuals and families secure the protection they need. He specializes in Whole Life, Term Life, Final Expense Burial, and Mortgage Protection coverage. For Angel, insurance is not simply about policies—it is about helping families avoid the hardships he personally experienced and ensuring loved ones are protected when life takes unexpected turns.

A Personal Connection
Originally from Haverhill, Massachusetts, Angel now lives in Longwood, Florida, just north of Orlando. Family is the center of his life. He shares his home with his fiancée, whom he affectionately calls “wifey,” their children, and two ragdoll cats named Kaleesi and Evee. As a father and family man, Angel takes great pride in being a protector, motivator, and positive influence both at home and in his work.

Outside of the office, Angel is passionate about exploring new places and appreciating scenic beauty. He enjoys traveling throughout the United States, sightseeing, and discovering unique towns and landscapes. One of his favorite places to explore has been Oregon during the fall months. He also has a strong interest in martial arts and Asian philosophy, which have helped shape his disciplined and thoughtful outlook on life.

Angel believes strongly in giving back whenever possible. He contributes regularly to the FSP charity program and makes it a personal mission to help those in need, whether by donating money, food, or simply offering kindness and compassion to homeless individuals he encounters. A fun fact about Angel is that during his first wrestling competition in eighth grade, he unexpectedly defeated the three-year champion in his town—who also happened to be the son of the town’s chief of police.

Why Work with Angel?
What sets Angel apart is the heart and empathy he brings into every client interaction. His motivation for helping families is deeply rooted in his own personal experiences, and that passion shines through in the way he serves others. Angel approaches every member as though they are part of his own family, taking the time to listen, understand their concerns, and guide them without judgment.

He believes in building lasting relationships, not just completing transactions. After helping a client secure coverage, Angel personally follows up with an email containing all of his contact information and reassurance that he will continue to be there for them and their family moving forward. His goal is to make every client feel cared for, protected, and confident in their future.

For Angel, the most rewarding part of his work is helping credit union members and their families gain peace of mind knowing their loved ones will be financially protected. He enjoys educating clients, building trust, and creating a sense of security for families during uncertain times.

One meaningful experience involved speaking with a member who had recently lost a loved one and witnessed the financial difficulties their family faced afterward. That experience motivated the member to ensure their own family would never endure the same burden. By helping them secure the right protection, Angel was able to provide more than just a policy—he helped create financial security, confidence, and peace of mind for the people they loved most.
