Ranaldo Daggs (Stefoni)

Benefit Specialist
Ranaldo Daggs (Stefoni)

Ranaldo’s journey into the insurance industry began nearly a decade ago when he first pursued his Property & Casualty license to help sell auto insurance through a friend’s brokerage. At the time, he never imagined that life and health insurance would become his true calling. However, the challenges and realities brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic gave him a new perspective on the importance of protecting families from life’s unexpected events.

Inspired by the need for financial security and preparedness, he shifted his focus toward life insurance and has been dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their futures ever since.

Since joining FSP in March 2026, Ranaldo has continued to build on his extensive insurance experience, specializing in Life and Health insurance. He believes insurance is about more than coverage—it’s about providing solutions that bring comfort, confidence, and peace of mind when people need it most. His passion for helping others is evident in every conversation, as he works to ensure members understand their options and feel empowered to make decisions that protect their loved ones.

A Personal Connection
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, Ranaldo now resides in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of work, he dedicates much of his time to serving others through faith-based and community outreach efforts. Using his voice, creativity, and God-given talents, he volunteers as a singer, songwriter, poet, and theatrical artist, creating meaningful experiences that inspire and uplift others. He also enjoys crafting unique, handcrafted cards designed to encourage and touch the hearts of those who receive them.

Ranaldo is actively involved in ministry and youth development, serving as both a teacher and chapel overseer for young people. He also volunteers as a Chaplain for Spirit and Truth Church and participates in the Temple Mass Choir. Through these roles, he has developed a deep appreciation for the power of encouragement, connection, and service.

One fun fact about Ranaldo is that he has a natural gift for making people laugh and helping them feel lighter after every interaction. Whether in his professional or personal life, he strives to leave people feeling inspired, valued, and uplifted.

Why Work with Ranaldo?
What sets Ranaldo apart is his exceptional ability to empathize with others and connect with people on a personal level. He believes that understanding a person’s experiences, concerns, and motivations is the foundation of providing meaningful insurance solutions. By combining empathy with a deep appreciation for the value of protection, he helps clients feel understood while guiding them toward coverage that addresses their real-life needs.

His approach is rooted in asking thoughtful questions that encourage clients to openly share their concerns and goals. Once he understands what is causing stress or uncertainty, he focuses on presenting solutions that replace worry with confidence and peace of mind. His goal is not simply to sell a policy, but to help clients feel secure knowing they have taken steps to protect themselves and the people they care about most.

For Ranaldo, the most rewarding part of his work comes when clients share how their coverage made a difficult situation easier to navigate. Hearing stories of how protection helped ease financial burdens during challenging times reinforces why he is passionate about helping families prepare before life’s unexpected moments occur.

Driven by compassion, service, and a genuine desire to help others, Ranaldo approaches every client relationship with the same care and commitment he brings to his community work. His mission is simple: help people move from uncertainty to confidence, knowing they have protection in place when it matters most.

We measure the critical metrics of our engagement program - loan conversions, cross-sell results, retention rates - and use that data to make real decisions.
Can you show the results of your engagement program right now in a report, not an estimate? A program without data is a program running on belief.
