Arica Evans

Field Agent Specialist
Arica Evans

With three years of insurance knowledge and industry experience, Arica joined FSP in January 2026. Licensed in Life and Health insurance, she specializes in helping individuals and families find protection that reflects their specific needs. Education is an important part of her approach, and she takes pride in making insurance easier to understand so clients can feel informed and confident about their decisions.

Protecting Families with Care and Compassion
Arica was inspired to pursue a career in insurance after recognizing how many people lack a clear understanding of insurance—particularly life insurance—and the important role it can play in protecting a family’s financial future. She saw an opportunity not only to provide coverage, but also to educate individuals about their options and help them understand the value of preparing for the unexpected.

A Personal Connection
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Arica now lives in Hanover, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter. Outside of work, some of her favorite activities include dining out, enjoying nature, and simply making memories together.

While Arica enjoys meeting and connecting with new people through her work, she also appreciates balance in her personal life. A fun fact about her is that she genuinely loves her alone time and values the peace and solitude that allow her to recharge.

Her personal experiences have also given her a deeper appreciation for the importance of insurance. With her father being a cancer survivor and her mother having experienced multiple strokes, Arica understands some of the challenges families can face when trying to secure protection after serious health events. Being able to help her parents obtain coverage was especially meaningful to her and strengthened her passion for helping other families explore their options.

Why Work with Arica?
What sets Arica apart is the genuine care she brings to every client interaction. She isn’t interested in making a sale simply for the sake of selling a policy. Instead, she wants to ensure that every recommendation she makes is in the best interest of the person sitting in front of her. For clients who may be unfamiliar with insurance, she is especially passionate about providing the education and explanations they need to better understand their choices.

Her approach is straightforward and personal: understand what the client needs, learn what works for their individual circumstances, and help identify an appropriate solution. By listening first, Arica can focus the conversation on the client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to coverage.

For Arica, one of the most rewarding parts of her career is simply being of service. She enjoys meeting people from different walks of life, hearing their stories, and having the opportunity to help when there is a need. Her experience helping her own parents find protection serves as a powerful reminder of why she does this work—because helping someone secure coverage can provide more than financial protection; it can bring a family greater confidence and peace of mind about the future.

We proactively reach out to our membership through outbound calling, email campaigns, and community outreach rather than waiting for members to come to us.
