What is my donation used for?
The FSP Foundation is run by a volunteer committee; therefore all donations are given directly to organizations in our communities that are in need.
Who decides who will receive the donations?
The FSP Foundation Advisory Committee is committed to identifying needs and granting donations to the communities we serve.
What organizations are eligible for funding?
Schools, educational non-profits, as well as, health and human service non-profits that are in need of program funding.
How does The FSP Foundation collect donations?
The Family Security Plan® employees contribute through payroll deductions on a bi-weekly basis.
Will my donation be tax deductible?
Yes! After your donation is submitted you will soon receive an email with The FSP Foundation tax ID number for your records.
How much should I give?
Every donation no matter how big or how small can make a big impact. We understand everyone’s finances are different; we encourage you to donate whatever you are comfortable with.
Is there an administrative fee taken out of my donation?
No, there aren’t any fees taken out of your donation. 100% of your donation goes towards the organizations chosen for grants.
